DELIVERY LOCATIONS
TrackStars delivers to Australia & World wide.
If your delivery method is made by Australia Post, your order can be delivered to PO Boxes.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless over the delivery method for some reason choose to deliver on a weekend.
TRACKING ORDERS
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking, and the tracking details will be emailed to you once they ship from our warehouse. Please make sure you give us your email address to ensure you receive this information. If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at info@trackstars.com.au
International orders are sent with either Australia Post, or DHL - you select the Shipping Method.
With Australia Post, you can select whether to receive Tracking or not, and the delivery price reflects this. Please be sure to select the appropriate Shipping Method during the checkout phase. DHL deliveries always receive Tracking Notifications.
DELIVERY TIMES
In Stock products will usually be shipped on the next business day unless otherwise stated or if it's a holiday period. Products on Pre-Order will ship as soon as the stock arrives in our warehouse, eta's for these items can be found at the top of the product pages. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 5-10 days.
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.)
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Shipping, taxes (including GST), and discounts are calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.
ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS
Delivery charges are dependant on your location. Simply proceed through the checkout phase to get accurate Australia Post charges. You will not be required to enter a payment method until after you have entered the shipping information (unless you select an Express Payment method).
ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
• Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen.
• International orders exclude Australian GST, but may be subject to local Tax charges when they land in your country.
• Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. TrackStars is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.
