TrackStars products are released through a variety of sales channels, and not every release will be available to purchase directly from the TrackStars website.
Depending on the product, releases may be:
- Available exclusively through selected retail partners;
- Available through both the TrackStars website and authorised retailers; or
- Available exclusively through the TrackStars website.
Availability for each release will be clearly communicated in our News section and on our social media channels prior to launch.
Shipping Rates
Australia & New Zealand
- Flat rate shipping within Australia: $10 AUD
- Flat rate shipping to New Zealand: $15 AUD
- Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD within Australia and New Zealand.
International Shipping
Shipping rates for all other countries are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and order size.
Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
For pre-order products, dispatch will occur once the item becomes available. Estimated arrival and dispatch dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will generally be shipped together once all items are available. If you require in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Please note that adding items to your cart does not reserve stock. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Tracking & Delivery
Where available, all orders will be shipped using a tracked shipping service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact our team and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, tariffs or other fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or import charges, shipping costs and any additional fees incurred are non-refundable.

Shipping rates listed above apply to standard TrackStars model products. Shipping charges for merchandise, apparel or other non-model items may vary and will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
